Preconference II: Defining the Efficiency Component in Value Based P4P Sponsored by the Health Care Incentives Improvement Institute
In this session, participants will learn how two plans are using severity-adjusted prospective budgets as a way to measure and reward efficiency of physicians participating in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and PCMH-like P4P efforts.
